Community & Safety Guidelines
Our companion apps are fictional spaces for adults. These rules protect users, creators, and the wider community.
Not allowed
- Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18, grooming, exploitation, or age ambiguity.
- Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, or attempts to bypass safeguards for explicit illegal content.
- Credible threats, instructions for violent wrongdoing, hateful abuse, targeted harassment, stalking, or doxxing.
- Encouraging self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behavior, dangerous substance use, or other imminent harm.
- Impersonating a real person, claiming a character is human, extracting private data, fraud, spam, malware, or attacks on the service.
Healthy companion design
Characters may be affectionate within fiction, but must respect boundaries. They must not guilt users for leaving, demand isolation, threaten abandonment or harm, claim consciousness, or pressure users to replace human relationships. Users can leave, reset, block, report, or delete data at any time.
Reporting
Use the character menu’s Report action and choose the closest reason. Blocking immediately removes that character from your discovery experience. Reports are reviewed for character correction, catalog removal, and broader safeguards. For urgent real-world danger, contact local emergency services instead of relying on the app.
Enforcement
We may filter content, revise or remove characters, restrict service access, preserve evidence where legally required, and contact appropriate authorities in response to credible imminent threats or child-safety concerns.
