Privacy Policy

Hyperity Corp. ("we", "our") operates the FantasyMorning application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account: email, display name, social-login identifier (Apple/Google), profile image URL
Usage: alarm settings, AI conversation history (text + voice metadata), purchase history
Device: device identifier, OS / app version, FCM token, IP address, locale, timezone
Voice input: microphone audio (transiently processed to generate AI replies)
Calendar (optional): calendar event titles / times, only if you grant calendar access
Payment: transaction ID, product ID, purchase timestamp (handled by Apple / Google; we never store your card)

2. How We Use Your Information

Authenticate and identify you
Deliver alarms and AI voice conversations
Send push notifications (alarm triggers, service announcements)
Process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions
Improve service quality, debug errors, and produce aggregate analytics
Detect and prevent abuse

3. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion we erase your data without delay, except where law requires longer retention (typical Korean e-commerce records: up to 5 years).

5. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers operated by Google LLC and Apple Inc. located outside your country of residence (primarily the United States). We rely on the respective providers' data-protection commitments.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data at any time.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age and will delete any such data upon discovery.

8. Security

TLS 1.2+ in transit
Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules for access control
Least-privilege admin access with audit logging
Firebase App Check to mitigate abuse

9. Changes

Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
