Terms of Service

Effective: May 26, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the relationship between Hyperity Corp. ("we", "our", the "Company") and users ("you") regarding the use of the FantasyMorning mobile application and related services (the "Service").

2. Definitions

"Service" means the FantasyMorning app and its features (alarms, AI voice conversation, in-app purchases, etc.).
"User" means anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
"Content" means the AI characters, voice, text, images, and all other materials we provide.

3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

We may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. Amended Terms are announced in the app or on our website at least 7 days before they take effect.

4. Formation of the Agreement

The agreement is formed when you accept these Terms and complete sign-up. We may refuse a registration in the following cases:

Use of another person's identity
Submission of false information
The applicant is under 14 years of age

5. Provision and Changes to the Service

We make our best effort to provide a stable service and may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

6. Paid Services and Refunds

Subscriptions and in-app products are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
Cancellation of auto-renewing subscriptions and refunds follow each store's policy; we do not process refunds directly.
Where you are unable to use a paid service due to our fault, we will guide you through a refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. User Obligations

You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and the Service usage guidance.
You must not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the Service.
You must not use AI-generated content for unlawful, obscene, or hateful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the Service and Content belong to the Company or its rightful licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent.

9. Restriction of Use

If you breach these Terms, we may restrict your use of the Service or terminate the agreement without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure, network failures, or failures of third-party services (e.g. Apple, Google, Firebase). AI-generated content is provided for reference only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or suitability.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings screen. Upon deletion, your account and associated data are erased without delay, except where applicable law requires longer retention.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
