Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Hyperity Corp. handles information when you use HisStory: AI Boyfriend (“HisStory”). HisStory is an adult-only fictional AI companion service.
1. Information we handle

HisStory v1 does not offer purchases, display ads, request precise location, access contacts, or use the camera. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a fictional character chat.
2. How we use information
- Provide character and chapter discovery, chat, live voice, memory, and story continuity.
- Authenticate the app anonymously and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
- Honor block, reset, support, and deletion requests.
- Investigate reports, enforce our guidelines, and improve reliability.
3. Service providers and international processing
We use Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, and App Check) and Firebase AI Logic/Google Cloud Vertex AI to host data and generate responses. These providers process data for us under their applicable terms and security controls. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the Republic of Korea, Japan, and the United States, with safeguards required by applicable law.
4. Retention
Conversation, chapter, and memory data remains until you reset it or delete your data. Blocks remain until you unblock a character or delete your data. Safety reports may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer when required to address abuse or a legal obligation. Operational logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for security and reliability.
5. Your choices and rights
Open a character story's menu to reset that character's conversation and relationship data. Open Settings → Your data to delete conversations, memories, chapter progress, blocks, local consent, and your anonymous identity. Submitted safety reports and records required for security or law may remain for the limited period described in Section 4. You may also ask to access, correct, restrict, or delete information by emailing support@hyperitycorp.com. We may need limited information to verify a request.
6. Security
We use app-integrity signals, authenticated owner-scoped database permissions, encryption in transit, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security, so contact us promptly if you believe your data is at risk.
7. Adults only
HisStory is for users aged 18 or older. Its curated fictional companions are 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; suspected minor accounts may be removed.
