Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of HisStory: AI Boyfriend, operated by Hyperity Corp.
1. Eligibility and consent
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. By passing the in-app age and AI disclosure gate, you confirm that you understand the companions and story responses are generated fiction.
2. License and service changes
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HisStory. The initial version is free and includes no in-app purchases. Features, chapters, character availability, and reasonable usage limits may change to preserve safety and service quality.
3. Your responsibilities
Do not use HisStory to exploit or sexualize minors, generate illegal sexual content, threaten or harass people, promote self-harm or violence, expose private information, impersonate a real person, evade safeguards, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt other users or systems. Follow our Community Guidelines.
4. AI content and healthy use
Characters may express affection in a fictional story, but they do not have consciousness, feelings, or a real-world relationship with you. Do not rely on a character for urgent decisions. If you may be in immediate danger or considering self-harm, stop using the app and contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.
5. Your content
You retain rights in text you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it only to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
6. Moderation and termination
You can report and block a character in the app. We may filter content, investigate reports, limit features, remove data, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, law, or these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be waived. Otherwise, Hyperity Corp. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on AI output.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact support@hyperitycorp.com before filing a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
